Your monthly Business Management Services Fee is processed on the 25th of the month. The exact date your credit card on file with us will be charged for the upcoming month varies because of holidays and weekends. You should see these charges deducted from your account 3 – 5 business days after the fee is processed.
Any account for which we are unable to charge the credit card on file due to it being rejected by the processing company will be charged $25 and the contractor will be unable to receive services in the upcoming month until a new credit card is on file and balance owed is settled.
Billing Services are only available for private pay + insurances and EAPs you’re credentialed with via Insurance Credentialing Services provided by Therapist Square unless we’ve verified in advance that we’re able to bill your individually credentialed insurances.
If your client initiates a credit card chargeback, your credit card on file with us will be charged $25 + loss returned, if any + credit card processing fee, if applicable, once the dispute is settled.
Fee Change Notification
We reserve the right to raise our fee for Business Management Services at our discretion. Should we determine that we need to raise our fee, you will be provided with no less than a 45-day notice in writing to the email address we have on file.
