How referrals work:

  1. Share Therapist Square with your network
    Refer California licensed mental health clinicians by emailing them from your therapistsquare.com email address* to have them Apply for a Contract.
  2. They contract with Therapist Square for 3 months
    We’ll reach out to your referral to get them started.
  3. You earn $200
    You’ll earn a $200 Referral Bonus after they submit their third monthly payment.
  4. They earn $100
    They’ll earn a $100 Referred Contractor Bonus after they confirm their first session on Headway.

For example, your referral makes their first monthly payment on November 25th and their third monthly payment on January 25th for the month of February, then you both receive your bonuses on your February 8th checks.

A Contractor is eligible for a Referral Bonus if they are currently contracting with Therapist Square for Business Management Services at the time of their Referral’s first monthly payment through their Referral’s third monthly payment. This means you can make your first referrals as soon as you’ve paid for your first month!

*Referred clinicians will need to provide your therapistsquare.com email address when signing their Contractor Agreement in order for you both to qualify for the bonus program.
