Garlic Herb Buttered Squash

Probably the best quick squash side I’ve ever had!!!

TIPS: Zucchini is my go-to, but you can also use other summer squash (such as crookneck, tatuma, zephyr).

NOTE: Make this recipe Paleo or Whole30 by subbing out the butter for ghee. Make it OvoVege or Vegan by subbing out the butter for a vegan butter without trans fat and with an avocado oil or olive oil base.

Garlic Herb Buttered Summer Squash Recipe

Ingredients
Directions
  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat on stovetop.
  2. Add 3 Tbsp Garlic Herb Butter Compound and sauté until about halfway melted.
  3. Add 1 lb squash and sauté until softened to your desired consistency.
