Garlic Parmesan Dusted Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs thin-cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground sea salt
  • 1 large *pinch* (1/8 tsp) garlic powder
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small ramekin, combine 1/2 tsp salt and 1 large *pinch* (about 1/8 tsp) garlic powder.
  4. Equally season 2 lbs chicken breasts on both sides with seasonings in ramekin then place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake 20-30 mins (depending on breast thickness), until meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of each breast registers 165° F.
  6. While chicken is baking, combine 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese, 1 1/2 Tbsp parsley, and 2 tsp minced garlic in a small bowl.
  7. When chicken is done baking, top each breast equally with Parmesan mixture.
  8. Return to oven and continue baking just until cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool 5 mins before serving.
