I used to love me some Carrow’s Turkey Bacon Avocado Stack. Unfortunately, the restaurants are a lot harder to find since the pandemic shut-down. I think they may have even all closed…
So… We did what we do best these days: Make it at home!
Hubby thinks it was better than the restaurant’s. Kid made sure there weren’t any leftovers.

TAB Croissant Stack Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 croissant, sliced horizontally
- 6 slices roasted turkey breast
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 slices applewood-smoked bacon (cooked)
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 leaf green leaf lettuce
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Spicy brown mustard, to taste
Directions
- Spread mustard to taste on inner sides of 1 croissant.
- Layer from bottom to top on bottom half of croissant in order: 1 leaf lettuce, 2 tomato slices, 1/2 sliced avocado, 6 turkey slices, 2 bacon slices, then 2 cheese slices.
- Place top of croissant on top and serve.
