Need to Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment?

Canceling or rescheduling appointments requires a twenty-four- (24-) hour notice via your Acuity Scheduling portal or your registered account in the Acuity app to avoid having to pay the full fee for a missed session.

Other forms of contact do not qualify as an approved form of rescheduling or cancellation.

For reasons we can discuss, we do not get involved in determining what constitutes an “emergency” in your life and payment for missed sessions or late cancellations is required.

Late cancellations and “no-shows” will be charged to your authorized credit card on file at the typical hourly rate according to your service provider as detailed in our Informed Consent. You will sign this form before you engage in services with your provider.
